Puerto Vallarta, Jal- San Pancho will celebrate the 15th San Pancho Music Festival from February 27th through March 1st and the art expo “El Círculo de las Doce” (“The Circle of Twelve”) from February 26th through March 8th; in Nuevo Vallarta, the town will host the 13th Art for Turtles and the Turtle Gallery on February 25th.
