During the inauguration of the event, the Vallartan mayor handed the National Irrigation award 'Ing Abelardo Amaya Brondo ' of the Universidad Autonoma Agraria "Antonio Narro" next to the deputy general of the Hydro-agriculture Infrastructure of the National Water Commission, Oscar Javier Lara Aréchiga, who led this act; the president of the ANEI, Enrique Mejía Sáenz and federal authorities and of the states of Jalisco and Nayarit, as well as the engineers Francisco Javier Herrera Lezama, Miguel Ángel Solís Montemayor and Jorge Antonio Argueta Spinola, for their work in this sector.
