On August first, like every year was held the traditional anniversary party at the famous Italian restaurant La Dolce Vita, located on the Malecon in Puerto Vallarta, Stefano, Paolo, Eugenio and Mario business partners in this restaurant, were at all times attending to the guests who enjoyed a delicious Italian buffet with dishes like porqueta, risotto, antipasti meats, pizzas, and profiteroles, as well as drinks made with liquors, white wine and Italian red wine.
Mario, a business partner of this international restaurant, told us that the key to the success of the Dolce Vita was always that, one of the partners is in the restaurant serving as the lookout for what they can offer. The restaurant had its beginnings on the corner of Josefa Ortiz de Dominguez and Juarez, in downtown Puerto Vallarta, where they remained for three years and then moved to their new address on the boardwalk, two decades ago, all partners are Italian from northern Italy, near Venice and near Milan, the philosophy of Dolce vita is you should feel like you are dining at a house in Italy, all the ingredients we use are Italian, imported from Europe, with the idea that it be similar or equal to what they eat at home, so the concept is family oriented.
