playadelamorfrontIn the Riviera Nayarit you can find a paradise. The Marietas Islands, a small archipelago full of silly birds with brown and blue feet.

In this habitat, we can also find: bottlenose dolphins, giant manta rays, golfin turtles and humpback whales that in winter arrive to get away from the intense cold of Alaska.

The spectacle is complemented when the whales jump, at the bottom of the water when diving and snorkeling you can see coral reefs with sponges, sea urchins and an incredible diversity of marine fauna.

Playa Escondida (Hidden Beach) or Playa del Amor, is an oasis of white sand and crystal clear water. Reserve of the Biosphere, protected natural area that invites to swim and to relax.

If you want to visit this area please get in contact with your hotel Concierge so they can let you know about all the restrictions to this place. If you are staying in Puerto Vallarta, Saturday will be the only day that you will have the "posibility" to go, that is correct because there is no guarantee to enter the hidden beach. If you are staying in the Riviera Nayarit the tour operators have the permits to go there 2 or 3 days of the week. Inform yourself prior booking any tour so you will not be disappointed.
