Last weekend a tournament was held at the Flamingos golf course in Nuevo Vallarta.

The Riviera Nayarit, one of Mexico’s top golf destinations, had a chance to display its extraordinary golf infrastructure during the 3rd Mexico Golf Tourism Convention 2018 (MGTC) that took place in the region from October 28-31.

The Riviera Nayarit hosted the Grand Finale for the International Latin American Golf Championship with the participation of 150 amateur players; the event is now in its 10th year and took place from October 8-13 in Nuevo Vallarta.

Playing golf on the spectacular courses in Mexico’s Pacific Treasure is one of the top attractions of the destination, this according to the Satisfaction Survey offered by the Riviera Nayarit Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB).

The organizers and winners of the tournament were visibly happy and more than content with the destination, Greg Norman-designed golf course during the awards ceremony for the last stop of the 2016/2017 Mundo Golf Tour in the Riviera Nayarit.
