Two renowned speakers talked about: Injury Prevention classes and recreational physical activation
With the participation of two renowned speakers in the arts and sports, the Monday morning took place the Training Course "Introduction to physical activation", organized by the VIII Banderas Bay City Council, through the direction Education, Culture and Sports and the Institute of Physical Culture and Sports (INCUFID) of Nayarit.
The course for coaches, sports promoters, PE specialists and the general public, was held in the auditorium of San José del Valle, with the theme of "Injury Prevention classes and recreational physical activation", to Jorge Luis Delgado by Peña, artistic director of the Center for artistic Expression Indace, and Angel Wall Edgardo Figueroa, head of the Department of Training INCUFID.
As expected the course was well received by stakeholders promptly attended to hear the talk of the speakers, being
